Blooming Glue Ring.

This ring features a unique grooved ridge on the top edge of the cup; allowing you to swipe the fans up through the groove, pushing the lash strands together and creating a thin and compact fan base.

HOW TO USE:

• Apply our Volume Fan Glue Ring to your index or middle finger and add one drop of adhesive, like our Russian Volume, to either side of the ring. 

• After dipping your fan in the adhesive, swipe through the grooves to remove extra glue, while pushing the lashes into a thinner, more compact base,then the lash will blossom quickly.
