We work to ship out orders the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS,BANK HOLIDAYS MONDAYS , we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns.
We don`t take responsibility for undelivered or delayed orders if shipping address state at the checkout is a public place , office and someone else might receive your order,

Shippment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Shipping delivery typically in 3 to five business days from the date that it is shipped out ,not the date the order is placed.
.For exapmle , if an order is placed Monday ,its processed and shipped out on Tuesday , it would arrive on Wednsday, Thursday or Friday .
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and bank holiday Mondays.
To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order.
Our shipping options for shipping within the EU are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.
Free Delivery offer for orders over 150 Euro applies to deliveries within the Republic of Ireland only . For delivery to Northern Ireland or united Kingdom delivery will take 5-6 working days .
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are flat for entire order. .
Delivery dates shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.Please contact your local post office by showing your tracking number.
International Shipping Information
Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take rfom 5 days up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. Million Lashes is not responsible for these fees.
Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
Out of stock items will be delivered separately within 14 working days.

Returns and refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days from date you received it ,and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs., items purchased more than 14 days ago cannot be returned.
To be egligible for a return , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging . You item needs to have a proof of purchase
Once we receive your item ,we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item . If your return is approved , we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
Items cannot be refunded or exchanged after 14 calendar days from the receiptof original order.
Sale items can be returned for a refund at the sale price. Please note if the sale has ended the price to re-purchase the same item may be higher. We do not offer an exchange on returned items.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
