Shipping Policy & Estimated Delivery Time 

 

We work to ship out orders  the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS,BANK HOLIDAYS MONDAYS , we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. Eircode and Contact number must be provided for successful delivery .

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. 

In case the order has been lost or not delivered, please allow up to 30 working days before declaring and claiming for refund .

 

In most cases, orders placed prior to 5pm Mon-Fri will ship out on NEXT BUSINESS DAY. You will receive a tracking number the day that your order ships.

If you require delivery by a specific date please contact us prior to placing your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and bank holiday Mondays.

To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order. 

Free Delivery offer for orders over 150 Euro  applies to deliveries within  the Republic of Ireland only . For delivery to Northern Ireland or united Kingdom  delivery will take 5-6 working days .

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are flat for entire order. .

Delivery dates shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package  has been signed / delivered. .Please contact your local post office by showing your tracking number.

 

International Shipping Information

 

Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take rfom 5 days up to 2 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.

International ( Non EU )  orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. Million Lashes  is not responsible for these fees.

Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.

 

How do I track my order?

Each order is sent with a tracking number that you will receive in an email shortly after your order has fulfilled. Please click the tracking number provided.

If for some reason you have not received the email with tracking number, it is possible that the email address you provided was incorrect or the email has gone to your spam folder.

Missing or Lost Packages

Is your order missing or wondering where it is? We are SO sorry for any inconvenience! When your order shipped we sent you an email with tracking information for your order. We recommend checking this tracking link.

 

Contacting your shipping carrier directly is the fastest way to find out where your package is, arrange for delivery and get information on your anticipated delivery date.

 

Returns and refunds.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days from date you received it  ,and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs., items purchased more than 14 days ago cannot be returned.

To be egligible for a return , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging . You item needs to have  a proof  of purchase.

Once we receive your item ,we will inspect it  and notify you that we  have received your returned item . If your return is approved , we will initiate a refund to  the original method  of payment.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned for a refund at the sale price. Please note if the sale has ended the price to re-purchase the same item may be higher. We do not offer an exchange on returned items.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the products to us unless it was the wrong or defected product delivered. All returned items will be tested upon receipt. Any item found not to be damaged or defective will not be subject of return or exchange in credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.

I received a wrong product.

If you receive the wrong products, please contact us within 14 days after the products are delivered to you. We will send you the replacement (your original order) ASAP at our cost.
